If you have LeadPages™, you don’t need to download this template – it’s already available to you inside your LeadPages account. Just log in and you’ll see how super easy it is to customize this page in seconds with no technical knowledge or skills, make it mobile responsive, integrate it with your email service provider or CRM, run A/B split tests, and publish it to Facebook, WordPress, or your own server.

A little while back, we created this webinar registration thank you page. Now let’s opt in to see this page in action. Okay. So we’ll opt in. This is the webinar thank you page. This template is great for getting people to actually attend webinars they sign up for.  It makes it easy to print out the page so people can put the details on their fridge or bulletin boards etc. It has these one-click add to calendar buttons which add the webinar to their calendar so they don’t forget about it and you can also give away a workbook that people can download that drives curiosity for the webinar. So this page is great and boost webinar attendance. Check out the link below to see the video where we gave this template away. We’ve found that one of the barriers for people using this page is they don’t know exactly what to put in this video area. So we created a general video that you can download and use on this page. This video will work with any webinar you’re hosting as it just tells people what they should do next.

And I’m going to hit play. Hey, we’d like to congratulate you on the great decision you’ve made to sign up for this webinar. It’s going to be jampacked with value. You’re going to learn a lot and we’re going to guarantee that it will be well worth your time. There are four things that we want you to do right now. Let’s go through each one of them. The first thing we want you to do is go over here to the right where it says click here to print this page and then print out this page. The insights you learn about on this webinar are so valuable you want to make sure you don’t miss out on it because we’re not 100% certain there’s going to be a replay. So print out this page and post it on your refrigerator door or on a bulletin board or somewhere that you’ll absolutely see it.

The next thing that we’d like you to do is go over here to the left and quickly like this on Facebook plus want it and tweet it to let other people know about this webinar. Since the webinar is free and we know that you’ll get a ton of value from it, this is one way that you can pay us back. Plus you’ll get bonus karma points.

The next thing we’d like you to do is go further down the page and add this even to your Outlook calendar, your Google calendar or your iCalendar so you can be sure you don’t miss it. When you click on any of these buttons, it will add the event to the calendar of your choice in your specific time zone. Finally at the very bottom of this page, what we’d like you to do is download the workbook we’ve prepared for this webinar. You’ll want to have this workbook open and ready so you can take notes during the presentation. You can download it now and go through it so you have a good sense of what’s going to be covered in the webinar. Again we’d like to congratulate you on making the great decision to sign up for this webinar. We can not wait to present the information to you. So we’ll see you on the webinar.

Now people know exactly what they should do after registering for your webinar and you don’t have to worry about creating this video. It will work for any of your webinars that use this page. If you’d like to use this video on your page, inside of LeadPages when you’re customizing your thank you page, click on the video. You’ll see the YouTube URL of the video here, copy it, go to the URL, get the embed code under the video and finally paste it in the video box here. Now finish customizing and then save the page. Once you publish, the video will be live on your page. If you want to download this video and modify it to work with another webinar registration page, you can opt-in below to download this file as a screen flow file and as a high quality mp4 that you can post anywhere. This page is incredible at increasing webinar attendance rates and you should definitely be using it with your webinar registration pages. Now with this video you can download below, there’s no reason not to. For LeadPages customers, the video URL is on the webinar thank you page template for you to use there or if you’d like to download and edit the file, that’s available below. If you’re not a LeadPages customer and you’d like to be go to www.LeadPages.net. I’m Jeff Wenberg, enjoy the video.

  • Vish

    excellent

    • Jeff Wenberg

      Thanks Vish!

  • Tina

    Thank you! No more excuses.

    • Jeff Wenberg

Yes Tina exactly! You’re very welcome. Sounds like you’ll be using this on your TY page. Let us know how it goes!

  • Joe

This is great if you are not doing a Google Hangout. If you are using a Google Hangout (as many folks are switching to) the question of recording being available is moot. It would be good if you made another video for folks who are doing Google Hangouts. Thanks…

    • Alex

It´s not – I usually set my recorded hangout videos to “Private” and create a new one for replay purposes. In this way you can control who can watch the replay.

    • Jeff Wenberg

Joe, thanks for the suggestion. That’s something we’ll consider for the future. For now though, you could always take the script and record a voice over and tweak it for a google hangout. The video is generic enough that it would work if you changed the word webinar to hangout. Just a thought.

  • Lynne Knowlton

Ahhhh. Thank you !! For those of us who are inspired to try webinars this year, this takes some of the ‘fear’ away for the techie details. Thanks so much!

Lynne from Design The Life You Want to Live

    • Jeff Wenberg

You’re very welcome Lynne! Sounds like you’ll be using this video on your thank you page?

  • Fred Raley

Great job guys. More automation tools from LeadPages.net. Gotta love it!

    • Jeff Wenberg

Thanks Fred! Do you plan on using this video?

  • I am currently using this webinar thank you page but have not put up a video just yet, so this is perfect. I haven’t been able to find the embed code yet, can someone point me in that direction?

    • . . . . and I just finished the video, so nevermind. So useful until I get one up of my own. Thanks guys!

      • Jeff Wenberg

        haha! You’re welcome Becca!

  • Sean

Very cool! Now I just have to get off my butt and host a webinar lol.

    • Jeff Wenberg

Sean, that sounds like a fantastic idea! 🙂

  • Ayo

Hey Jeff, thanks! This is great. I might be asking a silly question here, but is there a way for me to use this with my own voice?

    • Jeff Wenberg

Ayo, yes you can totally do this. If you’ve got Screenflow you can use the Screenflow download you get above and just delete my audio and re-record what I say with your voice. If you don’t have Screenflow you can use any number of tools out there (there are several free ones for Mac and Windows) to strip my audio and use your own. Hope that helps!

      • Hey Jeff. What is the “closest” thing you’ve found to Screenflow if you’re using a Windows 8 PC? I’ve been using http://screencast-o-matic.com/ Pretty happy with it, but always interested in finding out about the “best” option. Thanks.

        • Jeff Wenberg

Keith, if I were on Windows I’d use Camtasia. If you’re looking for a free option Camstudio.org is a pretty amazing piece of free software.

          • Thanks Jeff. Heard a lot about CamStudio. I’ll have to check it out.

        • Screencast-o-matic is awesome. You need the pro version though in order to access all the cool editing features. I just switched over from PC to Mac and the only downside is that I can’t record sound coming from my computer. I’ve recorded over 150 YouTube videos with Screencast-o-matic pro and it’s an affordable alternative at only $15 per year.

      • Tanya Kersey

Hey Jeff – I don’t see the Screenflow download. I’m a Leadpages customer – do I need to login to get it? Thanks.

        • Jeff Wenberg

Tanya, you do not need to be a LeadPages customer to get the video files above. I just checked the download and the Screenflow file is showing on my end. Not quite sure why it’s not showing up for you. Are you on a Mac?

          • Tanya Kersey

Yes I’m on a Mac. Where should the Screenflow file be showing? What download are you referring to?

          • Jeff Wenberg

The file download that accompanies the video above. See here. http://www.screencast.com/t/9ztitiIq5Uf

          • Tanya Kersey

            Got it. Thanks.

  • Don

I’ve used this page twice now, but can’t see the three buttons at the bottom. They’re always replaced by a small button that when you click on it turns into a dropdown that poorly shows three calendar icons, with the ical one being cut off.

Any ideas on how to fix that?

    Don

    • Jeff Wenberg

Hey Don, please contact our customer support team at support.leadpages.net and they can help you get this all straightened out. Thanks!

  • Donya Fahmy

Great idea! I’m already a LeadPages subscriber. Any chance you would consider doing an alternate version of the video with a female voice over? My market is women and I think it would be awkward to give them a video instruction from a male since they’re opt-ing into my content and work. Also, there’s a typo in the section highlighting Download the Workbook it says Workbok. Don’t know if that typo is in the template or just the one you used to make the video. You might want to update that since some people pay attention to that kind of stuff (guilty as charged ;-))

    • Guest

I second that request. Equal rights!!! LOL

    • Jeff Wenberg

Donya, thank you so much for pointing out the spelling error. I REALLY appreciate it! I’ve fixed the error in the video that is included with the download, and the one that you can use on youtube. This will require you to redownload the files above to get the updated video.. So sorry for the hassle.

To get a female voice over for your video, what you could do is go onto Fiverr.com and hire a female voice over artist to record the script that is also included in the new download. Hope that helps!

  • Tanya Kersey

Could you post the script to this video so we can re-record it in Screenflow?

    • Jeff Wenberg

Tanya, I had to update the file that people are downloading to reflect a correction to the video. So I included the script in the new download. I’ll also just paste it here for you.

Hey! We’d like to congratulate you on the great decision

      • Tanya Kersey

Thanks so much Jeff. You rock!

  • KarynwithaY

Hey guys great job but it says download “workbok” not “workbook” oops!

    • Jeff Wenberg

Yeah I apologize for the misspelling, I’ve fixed it in both the video and the youtube video. So if you redownload the file it’s corrected. I really apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Maximilian Pütz

Great work guys. I would love to use it. Only Problem is i am german. Could you possible give a way the presetation file of the video so i could just change out english to german and voice it all over by myself. Doing it from scratch exceeds my possibilities.
By the way i am a Leadpage Customer.

    • Jeff Wenberg

Maximilian, unfortunately it was created with Screenflow so I can’t give you a Camtasia files. HOWEVER, what you could do is take the video file that is included with the download above and import the video itself into Camtasia and just strip the audio, add your own voice over, then export it again.

      • Maximilian Pütz

I had the same idea but the text in the presentation remains in english and that would seem kind of strange for my customers. .

I would like to exchange things like “add to your calender” to the german translation. The Complicated thing is not to do a voiceover again but to redo the whole presentation. i dont know if thats even possible.

So it would be great if in the future you could give us pc users some love too. Or come up with a way how you could customezize the text in those videos. I know you guys can make the impossible possible.

        yours maximilian

        • Jeff Wenberg

          Maximilian,
It’s not really a PC vs. Mac issue. The text in the video I created isn’t really editable. If you’d like a fully customized version of the video I would go to fiverr.com and hire a video provider there. I’m positive someone there could get you exactly what you need at an affordable price. Good luck!

  • Michelle Schoen

If you’d like to see how I customized it with my own narration, music and tweaked the script a bit you can check it out here. http://youtu.be/H4UktYzJF84 . If there is enough interest I’ll come up with a flat fee for people who want me to do this for them.

    • Tanya Kersey

I got the Leadpages script and recorded my audio separately but I have no idea how to put it into the Leadpages video. How much would you charge to do that for me? tanya@tanyakersey.com

      • Michelle Schoen

Tanya- My assistant does that part. I only do video work.
