[cta-box] What if you can multiply your webinar conversions and sales without doing anything different during the webinar? In this video, we’ll show you how you can do exactly that with only a couple of minutes of work. Once the webinar is over, the host usually emails out a link for people to download a recording of the webinar in case they missed the webinar or they simply want to replay it. So for example after a webinar is over with, someone will generally send out an email like this with a link to directly download a webinar replay file in our hard drive. We found however that this is an ineffective way to generate additional conversions and sales and can actually harm your business in the long run. Why? Two reasons. Number 1, sending out the video file itself immediately relieves the tension in the prospect’s mind about missing the webinar and kills any sense of urgency. Since they can now view the webinar recording whenever they want it will most likely just end up sitting on the hard drive. Number 2 in the long run, sending the replay file creates a bad habit of training people to never view your live webinar because they know that they can just download a copy later. This of course will decrease your sales. To help you get your registrants to watch your webinar replay in a way that actually drives sales, we’re releasing a completely updated webinar replay template. Instead of just emailing out a link to directly download the webinar replay, you’d instead direct your list to this webinar replay page. Not only will this page beautifully display your webinar video, it will also display a countdown clock that shows visitors how much longer they have a view of the replay. This creates a massive sense of urgency in your audience to actually watch the replay because there’s only a finite amount of time they’ll have access to it. Below the video is the magic buy button that leads to your product sales page. If you’re offering something during your webinar you’ll usually offer that closer to the end of the webinar and you can make this magic buy button appear at the exact moment that you’re offering something. For example if in this webinar there’s an offer to purchase a product or service at the one hour mark we’d set the button to appear at that exact moment. We’ve seen in many cases that not showing the button until your call to action can double conversions. Ryan Deiss from Digital Marketer has raved about the success of the magic buy button. He says when it comes to variables at whisper, rarely do you find one that doubles conversions but the magic buy button does. When the order button isn’t visible when the prospect first arrives, your video sales page looks like regular content not a sales page. Finally at the bottom of the page, you can embed Facebook comments to increase social proof. There are also social media share buttons in the side bar so people can share the page. This will expand your audience stream to more than just your webinar registrants. To customize this template, log in to My.LeadPages.net and find the webinar replay template. Select use this template then select your market from the dropdown. Like with any template in LeadPages, you just click on something to edit it. So I’ll click on the headline and then type in my own copy. Next I’ll click on the countdown timer and use this calendar to select the date and time that I want the replay to end. Please note that the time you select yours is based on the current time zone you’re in. So if you want this webinar to end at a different time zone than the one you’re in, make sure to do the conversion so it ends at the right time of day. Right now we’re in Minneapolis which is a central time zone so having this countdown end at five pm means it would end at three pm for the Pacific time zone. Below this, click on the video to enter the embed code. You can use embed codes from any video service like YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia or any other service that gives you an embed code. Below this, I’ll click on the magic buy button and paste in my URL for my sales page. Now a note here, you can also change this button to trigger a Leadbox if you’d like to repurpose this template to give away a lead magnet and collect emails. Just click on the Go to URL button and then change it to a show opt-in form. Then click, click here to edit the opt-in form to start editing. First, you need to set up the page to integrate with your email service provider and you just select , which service you want to integrate with and then select the list you’d like to add people to. You also have the option to add multiple form fields like name, multiple choice answers or drop downs. If you’d like to make this button a magic buy button where it appears at the exact time you pitch in your product in the webinar replay, click on the plus next to the content section and then click on fade-in container. And then just enter in the time that you like the button to appear. Please that you’ll need to enter this in seconds not minutes. So in this example if I wanted my magic buy button to appear at the ten-minute mark, I need to find out how many seconds are in ten minutes. In this case I type in 600. Finally using these social media share buttons can be a great way to create an additional traffic stream outside of just your webinar attendees. Instead of sharing this page when they click their share button, you can have them share a webinar registration page or any other page that you’d like. If you don’t customize these social media buttons they will default to sharing this replay page when someone shares. If you’d like to have these buttons share a different page like webinar registration page, just click on the icons and input a new URL that you like to share. Now that I’m done customizing the page, I’ll name the page, and then I’ll save the page. Once I put publish my page is now live on the internet and LeadPages gives me a URL that I can use to view the page. So let’s go check it out. It looks great and it’s mobile responsive so it will look fantastic on any size screen. Back in the publishing window, we have a few more options. You can publish the page to WordPress, publish the page to Facebook as a Facebook tab or you can download the file and put it on your own server. If you’re not a LeadPages customer, this can be a bit more difficult to set up. Here’s what you’ll need to do if you’re not a LeadPages customer. If you’re a developer, click on the link below and opt in to receive this template and our LeadMagnet delivery system will deliver it to you. Modify the HTML and CSS using your coding skills or the coder you’ve hired, integrate the page with your autoresponder, WordPress etc., get your landing page code that you’ve generated and finally publish the page. We’ve found that if you’re not a LeadPages customer, typically it will cost around $300 for a coder to customize and publish the page for you. If you are a LeadPages customer, you can publish unlimited pages and do all the customizations within minutes. Just head to LeadPages.net and click on the button below the video to get LeadPages. If you’re unsure, which plan to go with, we recommend the pro annual plan as it comes with the majority of the features we have, includes one free subaccount and is 40% cheaper than paying monthly.
