If you’re a realtor, dentist, or any other professional offering a product or service, you know how valuable one high-quality lead is.

One lead alone can bring in thousands of dollars to your business.

How can you capture more leads? How can you ensure they’re high-quality prospects?

One fantastic way to do that is by using this dental marketing page—and don’t worry, you can easily customize this page to work with any industry.

For example, I can customize this landing page template for a realtor, a chiropractor, and a lawyer all in just a few minutes. So, let me show you exactly how you can use this page to bring in a brand new stream of clients.

Step 1: Create a lead magnet.

At first glance, you might think that this template should be used as a home page of your website. It familiarizes the viewer with your company, explains your offerings, and shows social proof with testimonials, but you’ll notice the call to action isn’t asking your prospect to buy now or book an appointment or call now even. Instead, it’s offering an intriguing PDF in exchange for a prospects contact information.

Why? Because according to ConversionXL and Marketing Week, if someone visits your website for the first time, there’s over a 95% chance they won’t buy your product or service.

But typically about 40% of people are willing to give you their email address in exchange for something of value. In other words, a lead magnet.

Those are a lot better odds. And once you get their email address, the door opens for you to continue the conversation with them.

So, how do you convince your prospects to give you their contact information?

You offer them something irresistible to download. With nearly 100 billion marketing emails sent a year, you need to make sure you’re offering something intriguing enough and valuable enough that they’re willing to get more emails into their inbox.

We found that compiling a list of resources or tools into a PDF works really well because people are inherently curious to know what tools others are using to achieve specific results. But you could also offer things like e-books, coupons, or videos.

Step 2: Drive traffic to your landing page.

To do this, you can create targeting ads that you run on places like Facebook or Google. You could also use your social media presence to direct traffic to the page. And you can also optimize your SEO so that this page, as well as other pages on your site, do well in Google searches.

Step 3: Communicate with your list.

Now that this page is bringing in leads, you can use your email autoresponder to automatically send them additional value, such as sharing interesting posts on your blog, sharing insights that can help them in their day-to-day lives, or answering questions that people in your market generally want to know.

It’s all about continuing to build a relationship by offering valuable information that’s relevant to them. You can also use the contact information to personally reach out to them or you can use the contact information to run retargeting ads to them.

There you have it. With these three steps, you can easily start bringing in new high-quality leads to your business.

To recap, you drive traffic to this page via advertising, social media, and SEO. On the landing page, you offer an irresistible lead magnet in exchange for their email address. And finally, you can reach out to your lead with a personal call or email with an autoresponder or going through retargeting.

    • Jeff Wenberg

Hey Robert, sorry to frustrate you. We’ll add this to the list of things to make sure to point out in the videos moving forward. This is the template titled Kirk Behrendt Dental Marketing Template. Thanks for the feedback.

      • Thank you Jeff that’s fantastic I have a few clients that this will be absolutely ideal for, Thank you again, looking forward to building them out 🙂

  • Hello, I’ve been receiving lead pages emails and blog post for a week now. I would like to talk to someone about my business and getting started. I called Kyle ext 128 and left a message. Is someone available right now?

    • Jeff Wenberg

Hey Steven, how can I help?

      • How does lead pages work with constant contact?
How does it work with shopify?

Also what is the difference between lead pages and infusion soft

        • Jeff Wenberg

Constant Contact and LeadPages integrate with each other very easily. You grab some info from your CC acct and add it to LeadPages and they connect. From there you can add leads to any list you’ve set up in CC.

Yes, LeadPages works with Shopify. Just link any button to your shopify cart. Our support staff can help with this if you’re unsure how to do it.

LeadPages and Infusionsoft go hand in hand. You can create landing pages with IS, however we recommend using LeadPages as the front end of your business and Infusionsoft as the back end. In other words, LeadPages handles getting the leads onto your list, and Infusionsoft or any other email service provider manages those leads once they’re on your list.

          Hope that helps!

          • Yes it does help. I was thinking about joining infusion soft but then I ran across lead pages. So I can operate lead pages with my constant contact and have good results right? Or do I need to get IS

          • Jeff Wenberg

Yes you can use LeadPages with either Constant Contact or Infusionsoft. You’ll have good results with either. If you already have CC, you don’t need to get Infusionsoft unless you’re looking to switch email service providers.

          • Chris L. Davis

Hey Steven…what exactly would you like to accomplish? Are you looking to use LeadPages to capture leads, then nurture them in CC, and eventually sell a product via Shopify?

          • Hey Chris, Is their anyway we can talk on the phone. I have a lot going on right now. 248-388-9247

          • Are you still there??

  • Hi, I’m a Leadpages customer but I can’t seem to find this template inside of Leadpages. Please help.

    • Jeff Wenberg

Hi Sally, In LeadPages, this is the template titled Kirk Behrendt Dental Marketing Template.

      • Thanks Jeff. Got it!

      • Jeff, I wonder if you could show ideas how to use this for a Beauty Salon that specializes in Brazilian Waxing and high-end facials? And would you use it as the main landing page? Then how would you provide access to the rest of the website? I don’t see a way to hyperlink a tab or anything. Thanks

      • Hi Jeff,

I was able to work it out and have created the page for the Salon I was talking about. I have one issue though, the call to action buttons do not let me change the text on them. Every time I click on the area it takes me to the pop up opt in box. Any idea how I can change this?

        • Jeff Wenberg

Hi Sally, sorry for the delay on your question. You can use it as a homepage, but typically it works well as an opt-in page on your website instead of the homepage. You could send traffic here from anywhere, and generate leads from this page while still having a functional business website. Would love to see how you’ve set it up! Normally we recommend questions go to support so you can get the quickest most up to date answers. Support.leadpages.net. However if you hover over the button, click the gear, and select link options you should find it. Thanks!

  • Nick Dunning
