  • If I build client pages with the enterprise version can the client access these? If so, is it set up where they can ONLY access their pages? Also, can different auto-responders be set up for different clients?

  • I’m unclear on the auto-responders — if I have one client on Aweber and another on Constant Contact can the autoresponders for both be set up in an Enterprise account?

    • Jeff Wenberg

Betsy, you could have 2 clients using 2 different autoresponders on any version of LeadPages. Where the enterprise level comes into play is if for example you had 3 clients where 1 used Aweber, and 2 were using Constant Contact. You would have to create a sub accounts for the 2 clients using Constant Contact.

      • So can access be set-up for each client as well so they cannot view other client pages?

        • Jeff Wenberg

Betsy, yes you will be able to do that.

  • Adrian

For the upcoming features, the sub-domain mapping is primarily in conjuction with the sub-accounts?

    • Adrian

Jeff, just following up. In order for me to pony up the money, I need to know more about the upcoming features, primarily, my question above.

    • Hi Adrian, subdomain mapping will be available with all enterprise accounts and sub-accounts. It’s not tied to sub-accounts per se. It’s just an available feature.

      • Adrian

        Thanks for the reply.

  • Maximilian Pütz

Also on the different email account integrations. Isn´t that possible right now?
So for example i have on landingpage and use infusionsoft and on the other i use aweber?
That is possible right now, isnt it ?
What you mean is that you can have 2 accounts of the same provider, don´t you ?

    • Jeff Wenberg

Maximilian, yes using different email service providers is absolutely available right now to all LeadPages users. Your example is 100% correct. With enterprise, yes you can have, for example: 4 Aweber accounts, 3, Infusionsoft accounts, and 2 GetResponse accounts all under 1 LeadPages account.

  • I can’t get Leadpages to work and now it looks like I got to buy in to the higher level product just to get telephone support. Which I can ill afford.

    • Jeff Wenberg

Steve, you can always contact our amazing support staff at They’re available to all LeadPages users. They’ll be able to walk you through anything you need help with.

  • My biggest concern has been you give less than 48 hrs to make a decision but for pro members your support which I can imagine is backed up with the same question: what is the prorated rate for people who have pro. Went through this with reg to pro and now with enterprise. When you create the next “Platinum Enterprise Wrath of Khan this time it is serious” plan the same issues arises. Waiting for support who has only so much time to get an answer back before the cut off time. There should be a better way to do this. At least with your pro edition people you should give some leeway and a across the board upgrade. $497 now $697 and no idea of the difference because we wait for support. NOT GOOD

    • Jeff Wenberg

Darren, have you submitted a support ticket at regarding any questions you may have about upgrading? Once you upgrade, if you go into your billing section you’ll be able to see the exact amount you were charged. Hope that helps.

    • Darren, you would only need to pay the difference between your pro annual and the enterprise annual account.

    • Thanks Clay and Jeff …. I understood the prorated difference.
In the future when you offer plans please consider a private offer to upgrade
at one set price to your people who have the upgrade below the new plan
Especially when you announce the next plan up from enterprise
i.e Voyager Deep Space 9 Platinum 🙂 You will convert more

      • Thanks, Darren! I’m pretty sure this is our last level. Three levels is good enough 🙂

  • Meryl Brusser

Just now saw the news about the upgrade. Have Pro now and paid the upfront yearly price. So if I were to upgrade and wanted to pay monthly upgrade fee, what would that be? And where/how would I order the upgrade? Can’t seem to find the right place to do that. Help, please.

    • Jeff Wenberg

Meryl the amount you paid for your yearly fee would be pro-rated and credited to your account. So then when you upgraded the price would depend on what the credit was. You can definitely upgrade to the monthly enterprise level, but to get grandfathered into all the features the enterprise level will contain you have to upgrade to enterprise annual. Whatever level you decide to upgrade to if you watch the above video at 6:05 I show you how to upgrade your account. If you still need help contact our amazing support team at Thanks!

      • Meryl Brusser

Thanks for your response, Jeff. It seems I can’t log into my account, or anything else for that matter, because I have not yet registered a sub-domain. Since they cannot be changed and I subscribed to LeadPages Pro in advance of really needing it because I’m only now just working on starting up my business and haven’t yet chosen a name for anything and might not be ready to do so for a couple more months, I’m hesitant to register a name I might not want once I’m further into getting my business set up.

So what I would like to do at this point is to put off the upgrade just a little while longer. But I definitely want it because I could really use the phone support. I know the price will go up about $100 if I wait, but will there be anything else that’s different? Will I not get everything that’s mentioned in the video if I wait? And what about the live calls? Will they then be recordings of the calls?

        • Jeff Wenberg

Meryl thanks for clarifying. I would recommend staying where you are for the moment. Phone support will always be available to enterprise members, as will everything else mentioned in the video. If you upgrade before midnight tonight you’ll be grandfathered in to receiving new features that are added to the enterprise level at no additional cost. If you choose to wait, you may have to pay for additional features that are added down the line. That being said, I honestly would just get started with your pro account, and start using it. THEN if you end up needing an enterprise level account upgrade at that point.

          • Meryl Brusser

Thanks, Jeff. I hate having to pay for pay for additional features that can be had at not additional cost, but I’m probably getting too far ahead of myself at this point so I’ll take your advice and just wait. I appreciate your input.

  • Dear Leadpages, of course I understand you are running a company, and the Enterprise Account seems a very logical new account level for Internet marketeers who are working for big companies, or who are solely client based without having an information product of their own.

And yes, I also see you really deliver with all your new features and bonuses, that come along with this Enterprise Account, it really looks great.

But as I feel, you are not doing many of your Pro Account holders a favor here!

I and many other Pro Account holders as well, do not need to connect 10 sub-accounts to 10 different clients.

We only need to connect, for example, the sub-account from our business partner. And it would be nice as well to help out the business of our best best friend and the one of a family member. I feel we should be able to do this without having to pay more, for we have a PRO account, no? And most of all… wasn`t it by listening to all of us that you made up this new features in the first place. Or is it your intention to charge always for new features (and new templates as in the new market place) in the future?

I think the least you can do is to give your Pro Users at least 3 sub-accounts slots to use. And when we really need more, yes, then we`ll be happy upgrade to the Enterprise Account.

I think that`s only being fair & loyal.

A really happy customer will be yours for life, you know that!

And I would like to be one.

Looking forward to hear from you.

    • Hi Steven… the marketplace is only for templates that are NOT created by us. All future templates created by LeadPages will be free to all members. Only templates created by others will be in the marketplace. We will have a solution in place in the future for if you want to help one (1) of your best friends or a business partner via LeadPages. So no problem there. And you can already do this provided that they don’t use the same email service provider as you.

      Warm regards,

      • Thanks Clay for your reply, I appreciate. I tried Megaphoneapp around the same time I was trying Leadpages. And I must truly say Megaphone seems like kindergarten compared to Leadpages, just to communicate you clearly that I love what you guys are doing. Really good & happy to hear that there is a solution in place, look forward to it, and especially to truly make use of what Leadpages has to offer, for I believe I`m just scratching the surface after one month of limited time experimenting with it.

  • Martin

Is there any limit to number of clients we can add in the enterprise package?

Would clients be able to login to the site and manage their own accounts?

Is there any other kind of restriction?

Sorry I am new, and just planning to buy this.

    • Hi Martin! Great question. The Enterprise version of LeadPages will come with a certain number of free “LeadPages Pro” sub-accounts. We haven’t determined the exact number, but it will be more than enough to justify the cost of enterprise. You’ll be able to add additional accounts at a huge discount. I hope this addresses your question.

      Warm regards,

      • Martin

        Hi Clay,

Thank you for getting back to me.

Any rough idea of how many users that would be?

  • Glen Larson

I bought the pro version at $497 and locked in the lower loyalty price. People who waited locked in their price at $697.

Now to upgrade to Enterprise, I have to pay the difference between my pro subscription and enterprise. It seems you are rewarding those that paid late and penalizing the loyal users who you convinced to lock in early. My $200 early discount loyalty reward just vanished.

It would seem fair that if we carried that loyalty, early subscriber $200 discount over to enterprise, you wouldn’t be penalizing your loyal lock in early customers. If not, we just got penalized.

    • Hi Glen, I believe you’ve misunderstood.

Let me point out a few things.

First, we’ve never sold LeadPages Pro at $497. Please check your credit card statement. We’ve never charged that amount.

Second, LeadPages Pro Annual has and has always cost $477. We’ve never raised our lowered the price on LeadPages pro. So I’m not sure why you think that there was ever a lower price.

Please search the web and our blog… you’ll never find LeadPages Pro-Annual sold for more or less than $477 (and you’ll never see it promised to be sold at more or less than this price).

      Warm regards,

      • Glen Larson

Yep, you’re right, i got my numbers wrong, $477, not $497. My apologies. For some reason I thought i remembered being offered a buy now because prices were going up and we had to purchase before prices went up to $677? Thus a $200 act now discount. My memory fails me or I misunderstood the offer. Sorry.

        • Glen Larson

How do i order the upgrade with the current prepay?

          • Kat Von Rohr

Hi Glen, Our support team would be happy to help you with this. Please submit a ticket at and our team will get back to you asap. Thanks!

  • Ron Richards

I bought the Standard Annual at $297, and very much want to have phone support. But I would not jump to the Enterprise Annual for $697/yr to get it — $400 more, since most elements of it I don’t need yet. Is there a way to add phone support only? — Ron

    • Kat Von Rohr

Great question Ron. At this time, we’re only offering phone support through our enterprise membership. However, if you have any questions, our support team would love to help you out via email. Just submit a ticket at and our support team will get back to you asap.

  • Sam Walker
