If you have LeadPages™, you don’t need to download this template – it’s already available to you inside your LeadPages account. Just log in and you’ll see how super easy it is to customize this page in seconds with no technical knowledge or skills, make it mobile responsive, integrate it with your email service provider or CRM, run A/B split tests, and publish it to Facebook, WordPress, or your own server.

Please, sir, I want some more.

What? What? What? Ask for more?

Yeah. Sometimes let’s face it you need a tiny bit more. There are instances when you need to quickly get an opt-in page online. In those cases, short simple opt-ins often convert really well. However, there are plenty of cases where it’s in your best interest to have a longer form opt-in page where you can add a little bit more information.

When you’re selling to a B2B audience, when you want to rank for a key phrase in Google and you need additional text on the page, when you have an audience that’s really sensitive to the visual look and feel of the page or finally when what you’re doing just takes a little bit more time to explain and you need a little more oomph to get the opt-in.

I’d like to introduce you to the Gorgeous Long Form Lead Gen Page and as the title suggests it’s a gorgeous page that was beautifully designed and has a web 3.0 feel. Most elements are available on one single glance above the fold here and by above the fold I’m referring to the area that I can see on the webpage before I have to start scrolling. Then there’s a little bit more information to read further below the fold. The page also features a two-step opt-in, which we’ve talked extensively about in previous videos and how it can increase conversions.

It’s mobile responsive so if you have someone accessing this page from a smart phone or tablet, it will display 100% correct and look great. Now this page doesn’t look like a standard opt-in page that everyone’s seen 1000 times. It has a new and fresh look and it will help you get your customer’s attention.

So for example’s sake, I’m going to say that I have a Facebook client that’s selling Facebook training using Facebook ads so he needs a Facebook landing page to send that traffic to. Like with all of our templates, just click on something to edit it and as you can see I’ve clicked on several pieces of text to add my client’s copy. Now if I don’t need to use all the bullets, I can turn off what I don’t need. I’m going to add an image of my client’s report by uploading that here and this is just what he’s giving away and I want to have a representative picture. Now on an opt-in bar, I’m going to turn off the image because my client doesn’t want it there. Now I’m just going to hide the sub headline then I’m going to add my headline text and then also I’m going to edit my three benefits here. I just have to click on it, add my text and I’m done. Finally I’m going to shut off the image on the opt-in bar below and then I’m ready to publish this page to Facebook, it starts sending traffic from my client’s Facebook ad campaign to this page. You can also publish this page through our servers, publish it to WordPress, publish it to Facebook like we just talked about or you can put it in your own server.

If you’re not a LeadPages customer, you will need to be a coder or hire a coder to make the downloadable template below work. For non-LeadPages customers, it’s a bit more difficult to set up. Here’s what you’ll need to do if you’re not a LeadPages customer. If you’re a developer, click on the link below and opt-in to get this Gorgeous Long Form Lead Gen page and our lead magnet delivery system will deliver it to you. Modify the HTML and CSS using your coding skills or the coder you’ve hired, integrate it with your autoresponder, WordPress, etc., get your landing page code that you’ve generated and then publish the page. So these are all the steps that you’ll need to take if you’re not a LeadPages customer. If you are a LeadPages customer, you don’t need to take any of those steps. The templates are already in the member’s area waiting for you. Let us know how you’re using this template and what results you’re getting in the comments section below this video. If you’re not a LeadPages customer and you’d like to use this template, head to www.LeadPages.net to get LeadPages.

I’m Jeff Wenberg. Take care.

  • Love this page 🙂

Good stuff — This is slightly unrelated, but do you have any new leadboxes designs in the pipeline? I know it just came out, but I think once leadboxes become mainstream that same design will start to fade in terms of interest as more and more people see it.

    • Hi Brandon, inside of LeadBoxes you can change colors, fonts, button colors, border colors, line spacing, and several other elements so you can modify LeadBoxes yourself to look vastly different from everyone else’s implementation.

  • Anthony Fragoso

Nice looking page – I’d like to use this, but can we place a video above the fold where the bullets and image are? Thanks!

    • Bruce Brodeen

Good question – I was wondering the same thing.

This page could be good for simple testing of an MVP idea and build one’s list around the idea-before-launch. (ala Lean-style development)

      • Love it. I think that’s a great way to use this page.

    • Chris

I would also love to see video capability on this page. I’ve been waiting for a multi-field video page ever since becoming a customer a couple months ago, and when they came out with multi-field, I thought it wouldn’t be long. But it’s still not available. Makes me think there is a technical hurdle of some kind they haven’t overcome.

      • Hi Crhis! We give you the HTML here to download and modify as you want. And within LeadPages you can download the HTML version of the page and swap things out as you wish. Another option is to design a page from scratch and use LeadBoxes to handle the opt-ins.

        • Alex

Clay, correct me if I’m wrong but when I download the HTML version of the page from within my leadpages dashboard and “swap things out as you wish” as you explain it, I can’t. The html is basically just a script so there’s no place for me to edit anything inside the html.

          • jo

Yeah exactly, it’s not the full HTML source no matter which HTML export option you use. One of the massive downsides to LP for anyone who wants to customize something outside of the predesigned templates

    • HI Anthony! We give you the HTML here to download and modify as you want. And within LeadPages you can download the HTML version of the page and swap things out as you wish. Another option is to design a page from scratch and use LeadBoxes to handle the opt-ins.

  • johnny trang

nice! was waiting for a long form opt in 🙂

    • Awesome, Johnny! There are a few others… but this one works as well.

  • Alex

Yeah that’s the only thing that I don’t like about leadpages. It would be so great if we could just do slight customizations to each page from within our dashboard. So in this example it would be awesome if we could swap the image for a video. Anyhoo… have already published a page with this template on it. Hopefully it does well.

    • No problem, Alex! We give you the HTML here to download and modify as you want. And within LeadPages you can download the HTML version of the page and swap things out as you wish. Another option is to design a page from scratch and use LeadBoxes to handle the opt-ins.

  • Aftab

Is it possible to add more feilds to the form and also customise it to text out information as well also?

    • Yes. 100%. Absolutely. You can add as many form fields as you want.

      • Dave

Wish we could ADD bullets / move copy/images around… when might that be possible???

  • Adam Collins

Epic Template! Thank you! P.S. Your pattern interrupts are outstanding 🙂

    • Kat Von Rohr

      Thanks Adam!!! 🙂

  • This actually is gorgeous.

    • Kat Von Rohr

      Thanks Andy! 🙂

I second that. I love LeadPages in general, but hot damn. I’m so glad to see the design catching up to the tech!

  • Clay, love the new lead page. I’m new to leadpages.net and I love it. It’s been a great investment. But like so many of the commenters below. I long for the ability to easily swap out elements in your lead page templates. I would also love a drag and drop feature and a WYSIWG editor built right into Leadpages so I don’t have to download the HTML and edit it with an external program.

It would be great to have everything right within Leadpages. You have a competitor tenminutepages.com that has a great WYSIWYG, drag and drop editor. But they don’t have all the other great features and support you offer. So that’s why I opted for your company.

But it’s frustrating sometimes when you find the perfect lead page template and want to make some minor edits or swap some elements and you can’t do it right from your interface. I’m hoping that you’ll eventually offer desired feature considering that other people have clearly expressed an interest in it as well.

I really want LeadPages to be one stop shop to do everything with my sales and squeeze pages. You give us everything else, why not this feature? Sorry if i sound like spoiled brat. But it’s your fault for giving us such a great product with damn near everything we need. LOL

  • Brett-ski

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!! Any chance we can add videos to this page..? Or did I miss something….BIG LOVE x

  • Vish

Very nice. I have a question. How do we use leadboxes inside of these landing pages. Lets say i want to use lead box in one of the text above how do i integrate it. would be great if we can have that option

  • jo

I love how this is called a long-form lead gen page, yet it’s one of the shortest available.
