One of the many things users love about LeadPages is how many of our landing page templates can be used in many different situations. In this video, I want to show you three ultra flexible landing page templates that are available in your LeadPages account or to download below.
First is this two-in-one opt-in and registration page. We’ve seen users customize this page to be both a Webinar registration page and a great looking opt-in page. When sorting Webinar registration pages by their average conversion rate, this page is consistently rank towards the top of the list, and when you sort the opt-in pages by their average conversion rates, the same page is highly ranked here as well. The page has a very clean and sleek design, plus it has all of the elements we found that convert more traffic in the customers. The countdown timer adds urgency to opt-in or register for the Webinar. The body allows you to highlight your main benefits and get to the point of your offer, followed by a button to register for your Webinar or to opt-in to get the special offer. The picture of the page author allows for a quick connection with the host, and, finally, the comments section adds social proof to the page, and it encourages more signups. If you’re running Webinars or you need a sleek opt-in page, this would definitely be a great page to start with or split test against what you’re using now.
Next, let’s take a look at another extremely flexible page we’re giving you today. This is the Google hangout page. You can use this to host Google Hangouts. However, if you don’t host Google Hangouts, you can still use this page as a Webinar replay page, a sales page, or a video opt-in page. It’s simple and to the point, which aids in keeping your message clear. The Magic By button allows the button to appear at the exact time of your pitch in the video, and we’ve seen this dramatically increase sales. Finally, at the bottom there’s a section to use a comment system, like Chat Roll, to allow visitors to ask questions and communicate with each other, which helps engagement and social proof. The simplicity of this page makes it easy to use and highly effective.
The final template included in the download below is the Free Course 2.0 template. This page is based on one of the most successful blog posts the CEO, Clay, ever created. The premise for the page is it delivers so much value that people opt-in purely to own the valuable content on the page. We use the first version of this page to give away our free Webinar Funnel System course, and it worked incredibly well. When we released our free Facebook Ads course, we had several audio interviews we wanted to include in the course, so we updated the page to include the audio area for an audio player like SoundCloud. This is a first for LeadPages, so not only do have a space for video and text on this template, you can also embed audio files for each video, which covers your bases for any type of media you’d like to give away. When compared to the original page, you can also see we made some significant design upgrades as well. Since this page is based on over-delivering, the updated design and the addition of the audio embed system takes this concept to a whole new level.
Not only are these three pages very flexible, they’re very easy to customize. Here’s what you need to know to customize any page inside of LeadPages. To change any text, just click on it and start typing. To change an image, just click on the image, and select a new one from your image bank. If you don’t want to use an element or a whole section, just click on the Gear icon and select Hide. If you’d like to change colors to match your branding, simply click the Styles tab, and then drag the Color Picker to whatever colors you would like to use. To embed a video, just click on this video icon, and paste an embed code from a video service like YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, and so on. To set up your LeadBox, just click on the button at the bottom of the page, and now just choose which E-Mail service provider you’d like to integrate the page with, and which list you’d like to add them to. You can collect multiple form fields, such as first name, last name, drop downs, or radio buttons. Finally, change the images to match your branding or hide them if you don’t need them. When you’re done, just name the page, and then save the page. All pages created with LeadPages are mobile responsive, and you can quickly preview how this page would look on other devices from right inside the builder. Just click on the Tablet button to see how the page would look on a tablet, and click on Phone to see how it would look on a smart phone. From here, you can publish the page in a number of ways. As soon as we hit Publish, LeadPages gives us a link we can immediately use. This is hosted on LeadPages super fast servers. You can also publish to WordPress, to Facebook as a Facebook tab, or you can download the files and put them on your own server.
