Have you ever come across a default webinar registration page? They’re usually ugly, they ask for a novels worth of contact information and there’s no way there designed with conversion in mind. Since the beginning, LeadPages™ has reinvented the webinar registration process with one thing in mind, conversion rate optimization. This has resulted in a gorgeous library of tested and customizable webinar registration page templates that are proven effective. In fact, they’re so effective that if you sort by the average conversion rate across our 100+ landing page templates, the top ones are all webinar registration pages. Because were always improving even the best of our templates for higher conversions, we’ve taken one of the highest converting webinar registration pages of all time and updated the look and feel to do just that. If you’re a LeadPages™ customer, this page is ready for you to use at my.leadpages.net. For those of you that aren’t customers yet, we’re making it available to you as a free download and I’ll tell you everything you need to know to get it in just a second, but first, what makes this template convert so well?

This page is so much more visually appealing than a default webinar registration page. Pictures of your webinar host make the page more personable and a countdown timer and calendar create a sense of urgency to register. This page also has social media share buttons, so visitors can share this page with their friends, which can open up an entirely new traffic stream to this page. Probably the most effective part of this page is it uses a two step opt-in. Default webinar registration form fields tend to ask for a lot of contact information to register. While getting this opt-in information from your leads can be useful, the less information you require to register the more likely someone is to fill out your form. Instead of showing a lot of unnecessary form fields, this webinar page doesn’t show any. Instead, your prospect has to click on a button for the form to appear. This change alone usually accounts for an average 30% increase in conversions. All in all, this is an awesome webinar registration page that’s rich with information, but has a beautiful look to it. Let’s look at a few things that you need to know to customize any page inside of LeadPages™.

To change any text, just click on it and start typing. To change an image, just click on the image and select a new one from your image bank. If you don’t want to use an element or a whole section, just click on the gear icon and select hide. If you’d like to change colors to match your branding, simply click the styles tab and then drag the color picker to what ever color you’d like to use. To set up your email and webinar integrations, just click on the button. Now, just select what email service provider you’d like to integrate the page with and which list you’d like to add people to. Then, click integrate with go-to webinar and select which webinar to register them for. Now, all leads will be registered for your webinar and added to your list. Here you can also click multiple form fields such as first name, last name, you can do drop downs or radio buttons. Finally, change the images to match your branding or hide them all together if you don’t need them. When you’re done, just name the page and then save the page.

  • Jeff I can’t seem to find the template in my Leadpages account. Am I getting to eager and its not up yet?

    • Jeff Wenberg

Hey Adam sorry you’re having problems there. I just checked and would love if you could check again. It should be there now. Thanks!

  • are we supposed to hunt for it? why not just have a link that works?

    • Jeff Wenberg

Tamira, I’m not sure what you’re referring to. I just checked the download above and I downloaded the template fine. I also checked a standard LeadPages account and see the template there to, so you should be able to access the template either way. Let me know if that works for you.

  • I totally love this page and have made my totally fake and absolutely inappropriate yet funny example of it with no permission whatsoever from this innocent goat. Joking aside…..I do love the page 🙂

  • Melissa Angley

I like this, but I’m really loyal to Zoom.Us. Will you be adding integration with them soon? The best quality webinar software I’ve found.

    • Jeff Wenberg

We don’t have an official integration at the moment, but most likely you can make it work. Our support staff can walk you through this, and if for some reason it does NOT work you can get a refund. Thanks!

  • staffingtalk

    • Jeff Wenberg

Staffingtalk, check your spam folder? I’ve tested the download several times and it’s working on my end.

  • Frederick

Will this integrate seamlessly with WebinarJam?

    • Jeff Wenberg

Frederick, at the moment we don’t officially have an integration with WebinarJam, but check back in a few days! The official integration is coming VERY soon!
