There should be, at most, one subscription widget that slides up from the bottom left, and even that isn’t going to appear every time (and shouldn’t be appearing at all for folks it identifies as already being blog subscribers, though things like clearing your cache or using different browsers might cause subscribers to occasionally see this, too).
