If you have LeadPages™, you don’t need to download this template – it’s already available to you inside your LeadPages account. Just log in and you’ll see how super easy it is to customize this page in seconds with no technical knowledge or skills, make it mobile responsive, integrate it with your email service provider or CRM, run A/B split tests, and publish it to Facebook, WordPress, or your own server.

Hello everyone. My name is Clay Collins. In this marketing show, I’m going to be giving you this landing page template. It is a launching soon template. I’m going to give this to you for free. You can download it, put it in your hard drive. For LeadPages customers, I’m going to show you how you can customize this in LeadPages and hook it up to your AWeber, Infusionsoft, GetResponse, like whatever you’re using, MailChimp. I’m going to show you how to do that in this episode of The Marketing Show.

So if you’re launching something, it behooves you to create a launching soon page. Fortune 500 companies do this routinely. Facebook does this. Google does this. Whenever you are announcing that you’re coming out with something soon, it behooves you to create a page like this where folks can sign up to be notified when your thing launches. A lot of times, just the fact that you’re launching something is exciting to a certain number of people, and when you open up on launch day, right, if you’re selling a book, you want to let these people know that your book is available to possibly drive your book up the New York Times bestseller list or the Amazon list or even if its just a coaching program or some software you’re selling, you want something to happen on launch day, and this is a great way to drive anticipation. As you can see, you can put the number of days, the number of hours, the number of minutes until it launches. And so, this is the page that’s available to you below.

Now traditionally, getting up a page like this has been somewhat difficult. There are entire web apps that allow you to do this, and there are entire WordPress themes that do this kind of thing and those themes are bulky. We used one once, and it crashed our entire site, and we’ve used web apps that do this, and the problem with those web apps is they generally don’t integrate with your email marketing platform. So anyway, we wanted to make this available as a lightweight download. This is literally one HTML file that you can download, and later, upload to your website. In advance of your launch, the launching soon variables are easy to program into the template and this is something that you can get up and running literally in a matter of minutes.

Now this template is free to everyone without opting in. If you’re a LeadPages customer and you want to use this, all you have to do is go into Go ahead and sign in. Go to templates, then go to the launch page templates, click on the logo, replace it with your logo, change this text. I’m going to write re-launch today. Then under headline, I’m going to write ‘This template is already live in the portal.’ Make this bold, and then, when I click on opt-in form integration, I can hook this up to, you know, MailChimp, AWeber, Infusionsoft, GetResponse, OfficeAutoPilot, whatever. So I’m going to click on AWeber. I’m just going to choose a list at random and now this is integrated with my list.

In LeadPages, I can also turn any opt-in page into a GoToWebinar sign up form so I’m going to click here to integrate this with GoToWebinar. Now I’m going to click on Save To My Page. I’m going to call it MS Launch Demo since I’m demoing this for you, and as you can see, this page is already live. So we just customized that. I could also go in and – Oh, I don’t know – change the background, so go to background image and maybe I’ll set it to this. Yeah, I like that background a lot better actually. LeadPages also has a WordPress plug-in, which allows you to deploy this on your WordPress site as well. It takes 30 seconds to hook that up.

So in closing, you can go ahead and download this template in its HTML form free below. If you want to use LeadPages and put this on your server, deploy it on WordPress, or you know, use our link, you can do that as well if you’re a LeadPages customer. By the way, we are super, super, super proud of the fact that this is the quickest and easiest way to get a launching soon page up and running that also integrates with the widest array of email marketing platforms available right now. So this is super quick and easy to use and you can integrate this with almost anything on the back end.

Anyway, my name is Clay Collins. Thank you so much for watching The Marketing Show and I’ll talk to you next time. Bye.

  • When uploading a transparent logo, it gives a white background. How do you prefer to upload logos, Clay?

    • Hi, Braylon. Please contact customer support and they’ll help you out. Transparent images are working great across the board.

  • Hi Clay! I’m a happy LeadPages customer 🙂 and I was considering this template for my upcoming launch earlier today. The best solution for me would be a version of this where I could include video as well. In other words a combination of the Video Squeeze page and the Launching Soon page. That would be perfect for my tribe.
    Thank you!

    • Sounds great. We’ll build that. Thanks for letting me know.

  • optionsizzle

I love your designer 🙂 Thank you again. Would love to see some sales page layouts like the one weeks ago released

    • Those are coming next week! Or maybe even this Thursday.

    Thanks for the awesome page!

  • Hey Clay.

    I’m loving LeadPages!!!

When we get the sales page (this week or next week) would you say that it is okay to use it to sell my soon to launched coaching program? or is there a different page you would recommend (I don’t want to use the video sales page we have already) I like text etc 🙂

Or…does that type page not work well with coaching?

    Thanks Man

    • Hi Dean, the sales pages that are coming this week would work well for a coaching program. Thanks for asking.

  • Coah Giorgio

is this already in LeadPages or how do we import it into LeadPages?

  • Kelly Rates

Have them check/correct the “We your privacy.” line. Sorry, but typos DO matter, and I’d want someone to tell me.
